Dorothy’s at The Lake’s Rim of the World Online Art Gallery consists of artists who live in one of the Rim of the World Communities in California. Phanelphia resides in the Rim Community. She creates with pencil, acrylic paints, stain glass and other mediums. She says, “I enjoy going places in my artwork, treasuring the experience of being with nature’s creatures or in a memorable place whether real or imagined” and she appreciates when others connect with her artwork in the same way.
